Production of each item and/or shipment from the ready-made catalog begins only after 100% prepayment is received. Your order is put into production strictly after the funds are credited to our settlement account.

All prices on the website are listed in Russian rubles. We do not charge any additional fees for buyers from Russia — you pay exactly the cost of your order.

Payment Methods

Bank card online – Visa, Mastercard, MIR. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page. Cards from both Russian and foreign banks are accepted.

Faster Payments System (SBP) – scan the QR code in your banking app (available to residents of Russia).

Bank transfer by details – for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and anyone who prefers to pay from a settlement account. Request an invoice — we will issue it within an hour. Transfer details are provided directly in the invoice. The order is launched only after the funds are credited (this may take up to 3 banking days).

All payments are processed via a secure service (SSL encryption); card data is not stored on our server.

International Payments

For payments from abroad, the amount is issued in Russian rubles. If your card is in a different currency, the conversion will be performed by the issuing bank at its own rate.

Payment Confirmation and Receipt

Immediately after successful payment, an electronic fiscal receipt (54-FL) will be sent to your email. This also applies to international orders. Didn't receive your receipt? Check your Spam folder or contact us.

We ship orders across Russia and abroad.
You choose the most convenient delivery method, and the shipping cost is paid separately — it is not included in the price of the item.

Production
Standard panels from the catalog are manufactured within up to 14 business days after payment is received. The period is counted from the day following the day the funds are credited.
For custom orders, the timeline is agreed individually and may be longer. In some cases (high workload, complexity of work), we may adjust the production time and will notify you in advance.

Delivery within Russia
Delivery is carried out via CDEK or Yandex Delivery.
You can receive your order:

• at a pickup point;
• by courier to the specified address.
• You choose the tariff and delivery method yourself when placing your order — the final shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the selected carrier's rates.

International Delivery
We ship orders abroad via CDEK to almost any country in the world.
For EAEU countries (Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus), the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. To calculate more favorable options, you can contact our manager.
For other countries, the cost and timing are calculated individually after placing an order. To place an order, please leave St. Petersburg in the City field, and indicate your city of residence in the Address line.
You can estimate approximate timing and cost using the calculator on the CDEK website or contact us.
Please note: for international orders, shipping is paid separately — our manager will contact you to coordinate all details and issue an invoice.
When delivering outside the Russian Federation, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs fees, duties, and other mandatory payments stipulated by the legislation of the destination country. We do not include these expenses in the order price and cannot calculate them in advance.

Procedure and Timelines
After the item is manufactured (and 100% prepayment is received), we hand it over to the delivery service within 1 business day.
As soon as the parcel is registered by the carrier, we will send you a tracking number.
Delivery time depends on the selected tariff and region — you will see exact information at checkout when choosing a delivery method.

Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt, carefully inspect the packaging. If there is any damage, open the parcel in the presence of the courier or delivery service employee and inspect the item. If you discover a defect, draw up a report (claim) on the spot.

We carefully inspect every item before shipping and stand behind its quality.

Return of goods of proper quality (if the item is not right for you)
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before receiving it, and you may also return the item without giving a reason within 7 calendar days of receipt — provided it has not been used and has retained its original condition and consumer properties.
Please use the original packaging for returns — it ensures the item is protected during transport. If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us and we will advise you on how to pack the item safely.

What cannot be returned
Items of proper quality with individually defined characteristics are not eligible for return — they are made specifically for you and cannot be sold to another customer. These include:

• panels made according to your individual sketch;
• items in a color or gradient individually agreed for your project and not available in the standard catalog palette at the time of order.

Who pays for return shipping
The buyer bears the cost of returning goods of proper quality.

Contact us in any convenient way and we will agree on the address and return procedure.

Refunds
After we receive the returned item and check its condition, we will refund the money to the same payment instrument used for the purchase within 10 calendar days from the date the parcel arrives at our warehouse.

Warranty obligations
The warranty on all our items is 18 months from the date of receipt. It covers manufacturing defects and hidden defects that arose through no fault of your own. If you discover a defect upon receipt or during use, contact us — we will definitely help.
Not covered by warranty: mechanical damage after receipt, natural wear and tear, consequences of improper storage or use for purposes other than intended.

Important note on shades
Paint shades on your device screen may differ slightly from the actual colors due to monitor color reproduction. This is not a manufacturing defect.

International orders
For orders shipped outside Russia, we also follow our return and warranty rules. However, due to customs clearance specifics, please coordinate the return procedure on an individual basis — we will find the most economical and fastest option for your country.

If you haven't found the perfect shade among our standard colors, you can order a panel in a custom color. We will create the item in exactly the tone you need.

Custom Color
Simply tell us the shade you want: provide the RAL, Pantone, or NCS color standard number, or send us a color sample you like. We will match it as closely as possible.

• Production time: to be agreed with our manager.
• Additional charge to the panel price: 2,000 ₽.

Gradient Coloring
Would you like a smooth transition from one color to another? We can create a gradient of any complexity — from two to several shades. It's a great way to add depth and uniqueness to your interior.

• Production time: to be agreed with our manager.
• Price: calculated individually. The final price depends on the number of colors and the complexity of the transition. Our manager will give you an exact quote once you describe your idea — feel free to share references and wishes.

• Items created according to individual parameters are non-returnable (for more details, see the "Warranty and Returns" section).
• If we cannot bring your idea to life at the proper level, we will honestly tell you before starting work.
